After working for Hallmark for 18 years, I met a lot of customers who were elder based where they constantly needed help with their cellphones to access their coupons for the store. I then learned how many of them didn‘t understand the concept of how to use simple applications within a cellphone. Most of them told me, they wish there was a class to try to learn to do so. Since my passion is helping the elderly community, I wanted to start Liv2See to give seniors a chance at technology.
